Let Ready makes finding your perfect workspace easy. But we know that there may be times when you need a little more info so we’ve put together a list of some of the questions we get asked the most. We hope they help.

Amenities

Are there meeting rooms?

Your studio has its own private meeting space and you also have access to our bookable meeting rooms nationwide, perfect for hosting clients or team building days.

Do I have to be a tenant to use a meeting room?

Not at all! Come on in. We can book you in as a guest any time, just select which space suits your needs.

How much are the gym, shower & cycle facilities?

They’re free! We love supporting health & wellbeing in the workplace. Get started straight away, after a complimentary induction.

What if I get hungry, or need catering options?

All of our locations have local, delicious eateries serving up the best breakfast, brunch and lunches around – to eat in, or take away. There’s Wi-Fi too, in case you’d like to plug, play and snack!

Communication

Are your buildings open & staffed?

Always. You can get in touch with us over the phone, Teams, Zoom or a good old, social distanced meet up.

How do I book a viewing?

Just select the location you want to view from the drop down menu and choose a convenient time from the live availability calendar. We’ll see you soon! Or if you’d prefer, get in touch.

Who can I talk to about signing up?

Each of our locations have a friendly face – give them a call or email, here.

Cost & payment

Are business rates included?

Business rates aren’t included, and they may not even apply to your space depending on your location and size – get in touch if you’d like some help on this.

Are there any hidden costs?

We are all about transparency. No entry and exit fees, no hidden costs that creep up, no sneaky catches in the contract – just clear and honest agreements with a fixed monthly cost.

Are there any upfront payments?

To move in you just need to pay a month’s deposit and your first month’s rent.

How do I pay rent?

When you decide to move in we will give you our details so you can set up a monthly standing order.

What is excluded and costs extra?

Our packages cover almost everything, but cleaning and postal services aren’t included. If you need any advice on local recommendations, just let us know!

What’s included in the price?

Pretty much everything! The price covers your rent, service charge, insurance, broadband, utilities, all of the furniture and fittings and use of the fantastic building amenities.

What’s the catch?

There isn’t one! Let Ready offers beautifully designed workspaces in the best locations on clear terms with monthly fixed costs. All you need to do is Just Add People…

Design & furnishings

Can I add or remove desks in my workspace?

Yes! If you’d like to keep the same space as you grow and just add some desks you’re more than welcome to do so, just remember that it’s at your own cost and you must take into account the existing power & data.

Can I brand my studio?

We’d love you to make it your own and encourage you to add your own stamp. Get in touch for any building specific limitations or for help finding the right supplier to bring your vision to life.

Can I customise my workspace?

Generally it’s okay to put your business logo, TV screen and white boards up on your walls, just check with the community team first. We do ask that your Studio is put back to the way you found it at the end of your tenancy.

How small / big are the spaces?

Let Ready has studios suitable for teams of 4, to 40, to 140 people and everywhere in between!

What if something breaks?

Your Studio will be fully furnished and we understand that some wear and tear will happen. That’s expected. If something breaks, just report it to the community team as soon as possible.

Will I have crockery?

You’ll have to bring your own cups, plates, bowls and crockery etc. – microwaves and kettles too in case you don’t fancy a trip down to one of our cafés. We do provide you with integrated fridge and dishwashers though.

IT & Comms

Are there printing facilities?

Your Studio is designed so you can bring your own printers and plotters. Just double check with your community team to make sure anything you order fits!

Can I bring in my own internet connection?

You don’t need to because our spaces are wired ready for work. But if you’re stuck in an existing contract we can make some allowances, subject to survey from your supplier.

Can I upgrade my internet package?

You can, per 10Mbps. This is done remotely and pretty quickly too. Get in touch to find out costs in your region.

What about internet?

All our workspaces are supplied with a high speed fibre line and each individual studio is wired for work. When you move in we will give you your own network name and password so you know you’re secure.

What about phones?

All our workspaces are set up so you can easily plug in your own VOIP handsets. If you are brand new or just need a new supplier, our community team can put you in touch with our comms partner for advice or a quote.

Running your workspace

Are we allowed guests?

Of course! All guests must sign in at reception so we know they’re with you and it’s your responsibility to make sure your visitors abide by the handbook to keep them safe and sound.

How do I report a problem?

Let your community team know and they will take care of the rest.

I need some more help with maintenance, facilities, risk assessments & cleaning?

Sure! We have something to make you Complete.

Is parking provided?

Most of our buildings have parking. Get in touch for availability in your location.

Who runs the workspace?

CEG are the Landlord behind Let Ready and each building has its own community team to look after you from initial enquiry, right through to moving in and throughout the duration of your tenancy.
