When you first moved into Witan Studios, what were you looking for in a workspace?
“October 2022. SPACE!! We did not want to be crammed in with tiny desks, on top of each other and terrible acoustics when everyone on the phone. We also didn’t want shared kitchen and breakout spaces. We wanted a nice environment that people were happy to work in.”
What was it about Witan, that ticked these boxes?
“Beautifully fitted out studios, lots of light, nice break out areas. Great location with lots of parking. Big desks, and lots of space in-between desks. Lovely courtyard is a bonus, it’s not an essential but it’s a lovely start to the day walking through a pretty courtyard.”
How has Let Ready supported your business growth?
“Hugely. When we feel we have outgrown the space we are in, Olivia is on the look out for the next upgrade for us.”
What role has Witan’s environment played in your company culture and employee experience?
“It’s a huge part of it. In a time where lots of businesses offer home working or hybrid, it is hugely important to us when asking employees to be in office full time that they have a positive office space to be in. Now the sun is shining lots of the team are choosing to make use of the courtyard at lunch time which is another bonus!”
