Sara Lucarelli caters for all ages, with an abundance of energy, ideal for teaching yoga to children, Sara runs regular family yoga sessions in her hometown of Ramsbottom and classes at the Royal Exchange as well as offering online classes.

Yoga for fitness - Gavin DeMarines

Gavin DeMarines is head of fitness at Hero Training Club in Ancoats. Gavin is an accomplished personal trainer and qualified yoga instructor. Teaching out of Hero and The Life Centre, he has a wealth of experience including a trip to India where he partook in advanced vinyasa yoga training.

Dana Baniel teaches her yoga at local studios One Yoga and The Life Centre North not to mention running her own classes in Old Trafford. Dana has created her own Dana Flow which incorporates aspects of Ashtanga yoga and Vinyasa flow. You can also take part in her Zoom classes.
