The truth is, many offices are safe places to be. Anti-COVID procedures such as hand sanitizing, one way systems, social distanced seating arrangements, track and trace apps, reduced workers, face masks for walking around and regular deep cleaning mean that offices in Ipswich are slowly coming back to life.

This a strong and dynamic class. Classes are based on a set sequence of postures linked together by the breath. No rest in between poses but a blissful relaxation at the end of class. Although no prior yoga experience is required these classes are suitable for those with a reasonable level of strength, stamina and fitness. Some people find that the physical practice of yoga becomes a gateway into spiritual exploration, while others just enjoy a wonderful low-impact workout that makes them feel great. Typically, a DanceEast yoga class will focus purely on the physical benefits of yoga.
