Mannion & Co.

This Artisan Eatery & bakery in York is sister venue, to its namesake in the North Yorkshire market town of Helmsley. Visitors to Mannion & Co. café and delicatessen are welcomed by a relaxed European vibe which amalgamates French and Italian cuisine with the tradition of Yorkshire. There is a communal area and more private dining area, a tea room and sheltered patio garden, ideal for sunny days. The black and white Tudor façade makes Mannion & Co. a real destination for those wishes to rest their weary foot after a bit of exploring in this historic city.

Wheldrakes

Wheldrakes is an independent licensed coffee shop & tearoom which prides itself on homebakes and the finest roast coffee. As with Mannion & Co., a relaxed table service and homely atmosphere is accompanied by attentive staff, and a professional environment with attention to detail. There's a fab selection of gluten free food with consideration to food intolerances and allergies – try the gluten free bacon sandwich. Famed for its breakfasts and the cream cheese bagels with crispy bacon and delicious Ploughman’s Platters.

Gatehouse Coffee

Gatehouse Coffee is unique in that it is run by a church. The café provides high quality carefully sourced coffee, paninis, pastries, breakfast sandwiches.
