The Birmingham Marriott Spa
The Birmingham Marriott Spa is situated at the top of Broad Street and has some great facilities. There's a Jacuzzi to relax in, gym, and a Turkish scented steam room. The Marriott's swimming pool is very small but is heated and just big enough to get into your rhythm when going for that front crawl or backstroke, or doggy paddle if you're feeling lazy.
Bannatyne Spa & Pool
If you fancy joining a gym and spa then Bannatyne Spa & Pool is ideal. Situated in Brindley Place this heated pool is small but very private with additional jacuzzi, sauna and steam room (single sex). There are day rates for full use of the spa's facilities. The spa has an extensive list of treatments and an all round package for the professional working in the CBD.
Amala SPA & Pool at Hyatt Regency
The Hyatt Regency may be a swanky big hotel, but it's also built on top of Amala SPA which includes a small but adequate swimming pool. The luxurious Amala Spa is an oasis of serenity which features state-of-the-art facilities and services. Guests can sign up to long term pacages or pay as you go. There's a jacuzzi at one end of the pool, a plunge pool, sauna and gym which all add to the appeal of this one-stop-shop in very heart of the city centre. Amala pool is open Monday to Friday and is the perfect place to unwind and get some lengths in.

Birmingham Central Fitness & Wellbeing Gym

Aston University Swimming Pool
Situated near Eastside is Aston University Swimming Pool. The pool originally opened in 1902 and is currently one of the oldest swimming pools in Britain, so don't expect any mod cons! It is a well preserved Edwardian pool and was previously named Woodcock Street Baths. It is now home to Sport Aston. Sport Aston offers a comprehensive learn to swim programme for adults who are beginners or those who want to improve their swimming ability. The Woodcock Street facility comprises includes 25m pool, three lanes (slow, medium, fast), variable pool depth from 1.2 – 1.8m, sauna & steam room. You can pay as you go from £2.50 or take up a membership – a great place to feel inspired whilst honing your skills in the water.
